Overview

To drive sales and increase premium income of the company through the supervision of Financial Advisors & Team Leaders of Brokers.
General Responsibilities:

  • Directly Supervise Financial Advisors & Team Leaders
  • Meet sales and premium targets
  • Sales & marketing of GN life products
  • Establish new sales points and servicing existing ones
  • Recruit, train, mentor and manage Financial Advisors & Team Leaders
  • Generating monthly sales reports

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of first degree
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good negotiation and networking skills
  • Good planning and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly aggressive and high sense of integrity
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
