Overview

To drive sales and increase premium income of the company through the supervision of Sales Supervisors & Team Leaders.

General Responsibilities:

  • Directly Supervise Sales Supervisors & Team Leaders
  • Recruit, train and manage a sales team to achieve set target
  • Manage all administrative and customer service issues related to your sales team
  • Report on performance according to set timelines
  • Generating monthly sales reports

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of first degree
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good negotiation and networking skills
  • Good planning and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly aggressive and high sense of integrity
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
