You are a strong professional coming, for instance, from Customer Service, Demand Planning, Supply Chain or Accounts Receivable, and you want to contribute to the End-to-End (E2E) transformation.
You are interested in joining a highly dynamic Nestlé Global Business Services (NGBS), Global Transition Team, passionate to contribute to the development of the flawless execution of E2E transformation, for which we are looking for Transition Managers and Specialists.
Your main mission will be to lead Transition projects for the E2E flow, across NBS centers, markets and zones, ensuring that transition deliverables are generated on time and with required quality, according to the NGBS transition methodology and the E2E solution framework, in order to maximize process simplification and standardization, service quality and consistency, as well as cost effectiveness.
You will be acting overall as an accountable for the execution of the transition projects identified and leading several projects at the same time.
Key responsibilities
E2E Flow Transition Strategy and Deployment
  • Contribute to the development of 1 to 3 years E2E Flow Transition Strategy and Road Map in conjunction with NGBS-Solution team and E2E Project team.
  • Ensure alignment with all stakeholders (Function, Zones, Globe, …).
End-to-end Flow Transition Project Planning, Tracking and Reporting
  • Ensure successful migration of the agreed service lines of the E2E flow, according to agreed timelines and scope for earch transition projects.
  • Manage all stakeholders to ensure resources are allocated and milestones are achieved for Transition Projects, based on defined visit agenda and identified key deliverables.
  • Generate reports and update Transition Dashboard in support of E2E Global Transition Lead.
  • Ensure on time transition preparation activities for the project.
  • Run workshop with market key stakeholders to do the AS-IS vs TO-BE process mapping.
  • Develop transition approach, project plan, resource plan, in agreement with market, NGBS E2E Solution team, NBS delivery center, and E2E Program.
  • Monitor transition progress to ensure all deliverables (workshadowing, train the trainee, ramp-up) meet quality, timing, budget and methodology requirements.
  • Run regular transition reviews with project team members and stakeholders to assess progress, identify project key risks / concerns / issues and  take appropriate actions to resolve them. Includes ensuring/controling pre-hiring in the NBS centers and controling the onboarding and training process, it also includes Governance and Steering Committee meetings.
  • Provide program status reporting, dashboards and relevant measures required for Project Governance.
  • Escalate project issues and scope changes to the relevant stakeholders on a needed basis.
  • Conduct readiness assessment based on relevant acceptance criteria after each project phase, ensuring key milestones and  deliverables sign-off.
  • Ensure during the transition project execution, the business case is monitored according to the baseline assumptions, and the retained organization ramp down plan is executed.
E2E Flow Solution Framework Development & Deployment
  • Ensure service delivery is aligned with Best Practices, and solutions are deployed consistently across the transitioned markets / processes.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to address overall market process deviations against standard solution, and lead in completion of action plan as well as consolidate escalations to GNBS Solution Team or E2E Project Team as needed.
  • Coordinate and align with the NGBS Solution Team the points of intervention in the transition projects.
  • Liaise with market and Globe organization to implement solution pre-requisites.
E2E Flow Global Transition Competence building
  • Lead competence building within the E2E Global transition team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the development of the transition framework and E2E solution framework.
  • Train NBS Center and Market project team members in the methodology framework and E2E solution framework.
  • Lead post-project analysis to capture learnings and opportunities for future projects.
Education and experience
  • Operational experience at relevant functions for the E2E service lines in scope (minimum scope or “extension” service lines).
  • Experience in developing team members and managing team competencies, in SSC environment working with large scale and complex transformation projects, with NCE deployment and NCE execution.
  • Experience as a Project Manager, leading end to end execution and experience of work with Stakeholders.
